If you travel on I-90 or I-405 in south Bellevue start planning ahead for a number of weeknight closures at the end of April and beginning of May.

Near the I-405 interchange crews will close eastbound and westbound I-90 each for several nights during a two week period. This will give crews the room they need to set bridge girders for the new southbound bridge over I-90 as part of the I-405 South Bellevue Widening Project.

For the safety of drivers, crews also will need to close lanes on I-405 and several ramps in the area.

The state will release more details of the closures as the project gets nearer.
