Burglars busy in Medina

Medina, Clyde Hill and Bellevue police caught two suspects attempting to burglarize a Medina home at 11:45 p.m. June 8. The suspects, who were known to the owner of the home, were booked into jail. A loaded handgun was found near the site of the arrest.

The incident occurred in the 3300 block of 78th Place NE.

Also in Medina, a suspected entered a home around 3 a.m. on June 3 in the 7600 block of Northeast 12th Street. Police say the suspect entered the home through an unlocked door and proceeded to take a car, as well as a cell phone and keys to another vehicle.

The suspect had a prior domestic relationship with the victim.
