Eastsiders getting ready to face tolls on the SR 520 bridge will have a new website to help them beginning Tuesday.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is upgrading its Good To Go! website as part of its transition to a new statewide customer service center for tolls.

Good To Go! is Washington’s statewide electronic tolling system. Electronic tolling allows tolls to be collected at highway speeds with no stopping or slowing. The State Route 520 floating bridge will be the first facility in the state to use all-electronic tolling, with no traditional cash collection toll booths.

The new website will feature a suite of five new Good To Go! Passes (transponders) ranging in cost from $5-$12. Among the new passes are smaller and movable options. Drivers can link several passes to a single account, permitting them to select the best pass option for each vehicle.
