The restaurant scene swept the list of 2010 Haute Picks Awards announced today by the Bellevue Downtown Association (BDA). The eighth annual “people’s choice” awards for top offerings in Downtown Bellevue included 20 categories ranging from Best Coffee House to Best Romanic Dinner.
