We know it's not summer yet, but the city of Kirkland reminds us that its signature summer festival, Kirkland Uncorked, will be on their waterfront July 16-18.

The Tasting Garden will offer a sampling of more than 50 vintages from over 20 Washington wineries. There will complimentary samplings from Washington’s restaurants and grilling demonstrations throughout the weekend. A top chef head-to-head grill off will be Saturday at 5 p.m.

The event benefits the Hope Heart Institute. What? Drinking a glass of red wine isn't enough?
