Learn the basics of wine

A wine basic class will taught from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 10 at Columbia Winery in Woodinville.
The evening’s presentation will include a discussion of how wines are made as well as the mystique surrounding the “ritual” of wine tasting. Those attending will have an opportunity to use some of the tools that professional wine tasters use as they record their tasting notes. The class will taste through a series of different varietals to illustrate wine making techniques.
