Chateau Ste. Michelle to release Ken Griffey Jr.-themed wine

Chateau Ste. Michelle is releasing “Junior 600,” a limited-edition labeling of the Ethos 2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon to commemorate Ken Griffey Jr.’s 600th home run achievement. Only 600 individually numbered and autographed bottles of the wine are available for sale. Proceeds will benefit Seattle Children’s Hospital, the Ken Griffey Jr. Family Foundation and other local charities.

Price is $250 per bottle and orders will be taken through July 25 at 206-987-2837. Wine will be available for pick up after July 27 from Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation offices at 6901 Sand Point Way NE. Shipping not available.
