Taste of Washington Wine returns March 26-27 with nearly 200 wineries and 75 restaurants showcasing premier sips and bites.

The event kicks off March 26 with educational seminars at Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. people can learn about Washington wine from some of the world’s top enological and viticulture experts, including winemakers, industry professionals and sommeliers.

March 27 brings the Grand Tasting at the Qwest Field Event Center, also in Seattle. It begins with a two-hour VIP event (2-4 p.m.) followed by three hours of general tasting (4-7 p.m.). Experts from hundreds of Washington wineries will be sampling their top vintages and giving tips on wine pairings and storage.

Celebrity chefs from across the state will dish out gourmet cuisine to hungry foodies. Entertainment will include live jazz.

VIP admission is $125 for one or $240 for two. General admission is $75.
