Sunshine, cocktails, art and conversation will come together from 5-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27 on the rooftop at the Bellevue Arts Museum.

The event also will premier the inaugural edition of BAM's new landmark exhibition BAM Biennial.

Attendees also can meet curators, artists and art lovers; explore the museum's galleries and cast their vote for your favorite BAM Biennial artist.

Music will be provided by DJs Dr. Lehl & Port-a-Party. There will be a cash cocktail and wine bar with complimentary appetizers and live music by up-and-coming local band Hurricane Lanterns (at 6 and 8 p.m.)

The BAM Biennial Awards Ceremony and Tour will begin at 7 p.m. with the announcement of the winner of the John & Joyce Price Award of Excellence. A tour with the artist will follow.

The event is free for members and $10 each for non-members ($7 for Seniors and students).

BAM is located at 510 Bellevue Way NE.
