Gregory Awards adds three categories, will move to The Moore for 2014 ceremony

The new awards categories will be Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Musical, Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Musical and Outstanding Choreography. There are now 20 awards given.

The Gregory Awards, Theatre Puget Sound’s award ceremony for theater in the greater Seattle metropolitan area, will add three award categories and move to The Moore Theatre for its 16th annual show this fall.

The 1,800-seat venue will be an upgrade from the ceremony’s previous home at The Neptune.The new awards categories will be Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Musical, Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Musical and Outstanding Choreography. There are now 20 awards given.

Nominees for the 2014 award ceremony will be announced in August. Tickets go on sale Aug. 1 through STG ticketing services.
