How is it paid for?

At the last debate in which 10 Democrat presidential candidates participated, former vice president and candidate Joe Biden hit hard back at the plan of Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont to provide medical care for all sighting the cost and how he was going to pay for it.

My question to Joe Biden is why did he not ask President George Bush about how he was going to pay for his ill-advised war against Iraq.

At the time Secretary of State Colin Powell and Sen. Edward Kennedy both spoke out about the dangers of starting a war with Iraq which I think all might admit now was a mistake and started on false statements. I question why Joe Biden is not now asking President Donald Trump how he is going to pay for a war with Iran if in fact he starts one.
