New art studio to hold open house

Open Studio will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, April 5-6 and April 12-13.

The studio show will feature the work of owner Lee Schring and include watercolors of landscapes plus a special grouping of paintings and drawings from travels with her husband, Ken, out Mazama Ridge to Faraway Rock at Mt. Rainier.

Lee Schring also will show work in collages that she has been working on this year.

In addition, the show will feature work by Kaylyn Le and Lena Schiffer in still life drawings in pencil, pen, paint and collage.

The studio is located at 16223 N.E. 28th St., in Bellevue's Sherwood Forest neighborhood. Banners will identify the house.
