Jazz band swing dance set Feb. 1

The Bellevue High School jazz bands will hold a swing dance Saturday, Feb. 1 at the school.

The event, from 7-10 p.m., will feature the school's Jazz I and Jazz II bands as well as the Chinook Middle School Jazz I band. The dance will be held in the high school commons area.

Admission is $5 for students/seniors, $10 for adults and $20 for families (two adults and children).

The evening will start with dance lesson so that everyone can start off on the right foot – literally. Light refreshments (cookies, water, coffee) will be served as well as a dance performance from the Savoy Swing Club.

Proceeds benefit the Bellevue High School Band program.
