Chorus to perform tribute to St. Patrick

Master Chorus Eastside will celebrate all things Celtic in a tribute to St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 11.

The music of Scotland, Ireland and Wales, renowned for its lyric loveliness and riveting rhythms, will include Loch Lomond, Londonderry Air (better known as Danny Boy), The Star of the County Down, Mairi’s Wedding, a demonstration of the Hebridean art called mouth music, and two Gaelic numbers made famous by the Irish chorus, Anúna.

The performance will be at 3 p.m. at Kirkland Performance Center.

Tickets are $20 general admission; $15 seniors and students. For tickets, call the Master Chorus Eastside office at 425-392-8446.
