Bellevue Chamber Chorus to present 'American Treasures'

Bellevue Chamber Chorus will present American Treasures at the Theatre at Meydenbauer Center on May 14. The event will include tunes from the Great American Songbook of the mid-20th century, including favorites by Hoagy Carmichael (Skylark), George Gershwin (Love Is Here To Stay), Cole Porter (Night and Day), and Jerome Kern (All the Things You Are). Other songs on the program include As Time Goes By, In the Mood, Moonglow, and Sentimental Journey.

The Andy Carr Trio again joins the chorus for the program.

Performances are at 2 and 7:30 p.m. May 14.

Ticket prices are $18 for adults, $14 for students and seniors, and $9 for children 12 and under. Group sales are also available.
