Element 5 Fitness in Kirkland is teaming up with Hopelink to raise money for the Eastside agency while helping people get in better shape.

For a $10 donation, all of which goes to Hopelink, participants will receive a free full nutrition guide along with body fat testing to help people track their progress over the eight weeks of the program. The top three winners will win prizes that have been donated by local businesses.

Registration must be completed by Sept. 13. More details are available at www.kirklandbestbodychallenge.com.
