Book signing set by Down Syndrome author

Michael Pearce, contributing author of "Gifts 2: How People with Down Syndrome Enrich the World" will be at the Barnes and Noble on 106th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue for a book signing on Dec. 5, from 3-7 p.m.

"Gifts 2" provides insight into how people with Down syndrome live today.

A portion of the proceeds from sales of the book will benefit Kindering Center in Bellevue.
