Hopelink offers free money management classes

Hopelink will offer free money management classes in September, October and November to help people learn how to survive in the economy, set financial goals and priorities, cut debt, improve their credit scores, and save money to more easily afford emergencies when they arise.

Classes are open to the public. They will be held at Hopelink’s Bellevue center, 14812 Main Street, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the following schedule:

Banking Basics: Thursday, September 3; repeated Thursday, October 15

Money Basics: Thursday, September 10; repeated Thursday, October 22

Budgeting: Thursday, September 17; repeated Thursday, October 29

Credit Basics: Thursday, October 1; repeated Thursday, November 5

Rebuild Credit: Thursday, October 8; repeated Thursday, November 12

People may sign up for one or more of the classes. Registration in advance is required. To register and for more information, please call 425-943-7567.
