April 30, 2009 · 3:11 PM
The Master Builders Association will hold its first of three free home buyer classes aimed at helping potential buyers learn how to take advantage of the current real estate market.
The first class begins on Saturday, May 2.
These classes are part of MBA’s Centennial Celebration and MBA’s commitment to helping the real estate industry in a tough time.
The class will cover topics including the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s low-interest rate House Key State Bond first mortgage program, down payment assistance programs, and other available loan programs.
Participants of the class will receive valuable information about the home buying process and a certificate of completion, good for two years, required by the Commission as part of qualifying for a state bond loan.
The five-hour classes are being held on Saturday, May 2, May 16 and May 30.
