Talk set on fitness

Dianne Cumberland, owner and president of Custom Fitness Systems & Personal Training Team, Inc., will speak on the return on investment of fitness Friday, from 7-9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 30 at the Bellevue Harbor Club, 777 108th Ave. N.E., # 2500, Bellevue.

Cumberland has years of experience developing successful home fitness centers and training programs for the most challenging clients.

The event is hosted by Women Embracing Change Seminars. Cost is $28.50 per person with registration at www.womenembracingchangeseminars.com.
