Boy Scout Troop 600 will conduct its 13th annual Christmas tree recycling drive on Jan. 4 at Clyde Hill Elementary School, located at 9601 N.E. 24th Street.

Scouts will collect trees in the West Bellevue/Enatai/Points areas — from I-405 west to Lake Washington and from Interstate 90 north to SR-520 plus Yarrow Point, Hunts Point and Evergreen Point. The troop also will accept drop-offs at the school from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Jan. 4.

Trees will be chipped and delivered to the Kirkland Parks Department, which will use them at Everest Park. The troop requests a $10 donation and offers two options for more information or placing orders: Online at www.recyclemytree.com, or by phone at 206-748-1656.
