Three-year-old Petie is a Basset Hound/Pit Bull Terrier mix with silly short legs. He enjoys riding in the car, playing fetch and will curl up in your lap to go to sleep.

He also is good with other doggy friends. Watch him play at http://www.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=12203330

Come and meet Petie at King County Animal Care and Control - Eastside Pet Adoption Center, 821 164th Ave. N.E., Bellevue; 206-296-3940; 2-6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 6 p.m. Saturday.

The Bellevue Reporter publishes a pet for adoption each Wednesday and Saturday. Wednesday features pets from the King County facility in Crossroads. Saturday features pets from the Seattle Humane Society, located at the junction of I-405 and I-90. ”
