Mercer Slough Grand “re”Opening to be held this Saturday

The Bellevue Parks and Community Services have teamed up with the Pacific Science Center to celebrate the opening of the new Mercer Slough Environmental Center.

The Grand Opening event will take place on Saturday, October 11 from 10 a.m to 5 p.m.

The public is invited to help celebrate the new center and participate in various activities including hikes, facility tours, interactive workshops, native planting, pond explorations “Green” talks and fun giveaways.

The new Mercer Slough Environmental Education Center is located at 1625 118th Avenue Northeast. For more information call 1-425-452-6885.
