Iris sale set at Crossroads
August 1, 2008 · Updated 12:48 AM
The King County Iris Society will hold its “Bearded Iris Sale” on Saturday, Aug. 16 at Crossroads Bellevue mall.
The sale, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., is one of the ways the non-profit generates money during the year and also is used as an educational opportunity for anyone interested in gardening.
There are often unusual, hard to find or newer introductions available. Freshly dug rhizomes like these will re-establish themselves quickly. There will be members of the society available to answer questions.
