Omega Photo to offer class on flash photography

Omega Photo will offer a two-hour class on “Beginning Flash Photography” from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday, March 3 at its new location, 210 105th Ave. NE.

Veteran professional photographer and digital imaging educator Jeff Greene will conduct the March 3 class. Greene has presented hundreds of workshops and seminars, both nationally and internationally, and has over 25 years of experience in photo journalism, portraiture, and commercial photography. His award winning photos have been in such publications as Outdoor Photographer, Digital Photo, and American Photo.

He will discuss the ins and outs of using flash and the benefits of having a separate flash unit.

Participants are encouraged to bring their camera for help with the tips during the question and answer period following the presentation. Reservations can be made by calling Omega Photo at 425-455-2126.

A class on advanced flash photography will be offered in April.
