O'Malley to head Sophia Way

Karina O'Malley has been named Interim Executive Director of The Sophia Way.

The Bellevue organization is a non-profit agency that helps end homelessness for adult women in East King County by providing shelter, life skills training, social services and supportive permanent housing.

O'Malley replaces Executive Director Helen Leuzzi, who is retiring.

O'Malley served as a member of the organization's Advisory Council and then later as the Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors.
