January 10, 2013 · 4:14 PM

Bellevue College will hold an information meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14 for parents interested in signing up for a Parent-Infant class.

The class will be for children born in June of 2012 or later. The class will meet on Monday afternoons from 12:30-2:30 p.m. beginning Jan. 28 and will run until mid-June.

The weekly class is designed to help infants benefit from early enrichment experiences that help them develop and grow mentally, socially and emotionally. The classes also offer parents an opportunity to meet and connect with other parents.

Classes will include lectures and discussions on nutrition, family life and development. The teaching team includes a parent educator, an infant nutrition specialist and a music teacher.

The informational meeting will be held in Bellevue College’s Early Learning Center (located at the corner of 145th Place Southeast and Southeast 24th Street), Room Q-120. The informational meeting is free.
