Crossroads Bellevue Shopping Center will celebrate health and fitness in the month of September. September 11 will be “Health and Fitness Day” at the Crossroads Farmers’ Market, featuring a variety of health- and fitness-related booths. On Saturday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Crunch Fitness will celebrate its grand opening with class demonstrations, free massage, food, and a special guest appearance.

On Sept. 21 and 22, Stone Gardens will host the Unified Bouldering Championships’ SBC Pro Climbing Competition, drawing elite climbers from around the country and beyond. Stone Garden’s SBC series is the region’s largest bouldering competition, and this event marks pro climbing’s first-ever visit to the Pacific Northwest.
