Bellevue has a new oyster bar in town.

On Bellevue Way, Taylor Shellfish Farms is gearing up for its soft opening with reservations only this Saturday and its grand opening Sunday. The Lincoln Square South restaurant brings oysters, clams and geoduck, among other delicacies, from “tide to table.”

Taylor Shellfish Farms will open Saturday at 4 p.m. for reservations and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. On Monday, the business will be open during its regular business hours.
