The sales gallery for One88 opened Jan. 20, welcoming more than 1,300 prospective buyers and brokers for a first look during previewing events at the 21-story luxury residential tower underway in Downtown Bellevue.

The One88 gallery features new details about the 143 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and penthouse residences, including a 3-D architectural model of the tower, visual displays with detailed information about the neighborhood, project architect Amanat Architect and interior designer Hirsch Bedner and Associates, examples of interior finishes, interactive displays for floor plans and views and a vignette of a furnished model residence. The date that public sales will launch for One88 will be announced in the coming weeks.

“The preview phase is the best time for prospects to learn more about One88. The interest we have seen from the prospective buyer and broker community over the last 12 months has been astounding and a testament to Bellevue being ready for a unique project like One88,” said Bemi Jauhal, director of sales and marketing for Bosa Development, the developer of One88, in a press release. “The buyer at One88 will be drawn to a vibrant lifestyle and they’ll understand the value of urban conveniences.”

New details about the development’s robust collection of amenities and resident services have also been released. Amenities include a lobby lounge featuring a rotating art installment and weekend coffee service; outdoor terraces on the third and fifth floors featuring fireplace lounge areas, grilling islands, a grassy lawn for outdoor games and artistic and sculptural seating areas; a saline heated indoor pool and spa, sauna and steam room and a fitness center fully-equipped with cardio equipment, free weights, multi-gym systems, towel service and yoga and exercise studio complete with HD TV for virtual fitness. In addition, One88 will feature a children’s playroom complete with a chalkboard, engaging play activity centers and HD TV, a golf simulator studio and pet retreat.

Extensive and unique services for residents of One88 will also be offered through an on-site chef concierge, who can coordinate an array of personal services for residents including grocery delivery, laundry pick-up, auto detailing and more. The concierge can also make domestic and personal referrals for an array of needs such as personal shopping, interior design, childcare services, event planning and referrals for spa and fitness services.

Poised to become one of Downtown Bellevue’s most distinctive towers, One88 is the city’s first new high-rise condominium community in nearly a decade,” according to Bosa Development. Inspired by the shape, aesthetic and lucidity of a quartz crystal that is native to the Pacific Northwest, One88 will be sleek and distinct in its silhouette with angular lines and varied contours. The building design allows for many of the residences to feature shifting private outdoor balconies that create varying angles of openness and dimension throughout the exterior. This innovative approach to the traditional balcony provides access to the outdoors with added protection from wind and rain, allowing for year-round indoor/outdoor living.

The One88 Sales Gallery is located at 200 105th Ave. NE in Bellevue and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. To reach the sales gallery by phone, call 425-502-8820. For more information visit, www.One88ByBosa.com.
