Nordstrom Rack eyes Lincoln Square location in Downtown Bellevue

Nordstrom Rack is headed to the Lincoln Square Expansion in Downtown Bellevue in fall of 2017.

Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. last week announced plans to open the 43,000-square-foot store.

The off-price retail division of Nordstrom is the most recent addition to the 1.5 million square foot expansion of Lincoln Square — which is part of The Bellevue Collection along with Bellevue Square and Bellevue Place.

The Lincoln Square expansion will add office, retail, dining and entertainment spaces, as well as a hotel and high-rise residential apartments.

Geevy Thomas, president of Nordstrom Rack, commented in a release on the location.

“We know many of our best Rack stores are those near our full line locations, and we’ve long been looking for the right space near Nordstrom Bellevue Square,” he said. “We couldn’t be more excited to deliver great brands at great Rack prices when we open our doors at Lincoln Square.”
