A Bellevue residence will be one of 15 homes featured in the 2008 Remodeled Kitchen + Bath Tour from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and April 27. Located at 143 129th Ave. N.E., the home’s kitchen was remodeled by J.A. Ratto Company of Bothell.

Admission to the tour is free. The “open-house” format tour is sponsored by the Remodelors Council of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. The tour is made possible through sponsors Dunn Lumber, AAA Kartak Glass & Closet, Inc. and Ferguson Bath & Kitchen Gallery.

The goal of the Bellevue remodel was to develop a warm, Italian kitchen. The work capitalized on travertine flooring and Wolf dual fuel range/oven, along with chocolate–colored cabinets, rich granite, and stainless steel appliances.

Homes showcased on this year’s tour are located in Issaquah, Bellevue, Bothell, Kenmore and Redmond, as well as several Seattle neighborhoods. The tour offers visitors an opportunity to meet on-site with each home’s respective remodeling team to answer questions about their work and discuss ideas for their own remodels.

Tour “Passports,” listing tour homes with addresses, project descriptions and photos, can be picked up at any Dunn Lumber location, or visit www.remodeltour.com.
