Sur La Table coming to The Bravern

Seattle-based kitchenware retailer Sur La Table has announced it will lease space for a new store at The Bravern in downtown Bellevue.

The shop will take up residence in the same upscale mixed-use complex where Microsoft and luxury retailer Neiman Marcus are leasing space.

The new Bellevue store is one of two stores that Sur La Table is opening this year for a total of 76 stores nationwide, three in Washington.

Another location will be opening at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, Calif.

The original store opened 37 years ago in Seattle's Pike Place Market.
