Rockefeller Group names new tower Sterling Center

The Rockefeller Group announced this week its 20-story Bellevue office tower project will be named the Sterling Center in honor of its partnership with Sterling Realty Organization.

The city has received an application for administrative design review from the Rockefeller Group for its 465,000-square-foot building slated for construction at the southeast corner of Northeast Eighth Street and 106th Avenue Northeast. The Rockefeller Group states it plans to develop the site in phases, incorporating street-level retail and open public space.
