Johnston Architects has been selected by the King County Library System for the Bellevue Library Parking Expansion Project.
During the interview, the Johnston Architects team presented multiple options as possible solutions to the Bellevue Regional Library’s parking expansion, including scenarios that integrated with the bordering Ashwood Park and alternative approaches that added green space around the library.
According to Kay Johnson, Director of Facilities Development for King County Library System, the Johnston Architects team was “thoughtful and responsive to the questions raised by the representatives from the library and the community. The team effort was impressive and demonstrated a good understanding of the needs.”
