Roger Smith has been promoted to Principal at KBA, Inc.

Smith, PE, AVS, has 24 years of experience managing the construction of complex transit, bridge, and heavy civil projects throughout the western United States as a contractor and as a consultant.

He has been a Project Manager with KBA for seven years actively mentoring staff, managing clients’ projects, and refining KBA’s best practices. His current projects include work for Sound Transit and the Seattle Department of Transportation.

Bellevue-based KBA, Inc. specializes in construction management of public works and private development projects in the Pacific Northwest.
