United Guaranty has contributed $25,000 to Seattle’s Plymouth Housing Group in support of the Sustaining Hope Campaign. The non-profit organization is building 81 new apartments and remodeling another 187 existing houses for formerly homeless people in the Seattle area. Accepting the check is Plymouth Housing Group’s Rosemary Coleman (left) and United Guaranty employees Tammy Dye and Paul Nystrom and Plymouth Housing Group's Executive Director Paul Lambros. United Guaranty, which has an office in Bellevue, provides mortgage insurance that lowers down payment requirements to those who qualify.
