Dunckley receives certificate

Luke Dunckley of Windermere Real Estate East, Inc. in Bellevue has received the Certified Condominium Specialist designation. Dunckley is the first in the state of Washington to earn this designation.

The certification and designation are offered by the Council of Condominium Specialists, which is the national, independent authority in assisting real estate professionals in providing high quality service and superior market expertise to the buyers and sellers of condominiums/ townhomes.
