November 26, 2012 · 3:37 PM

Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill in Bellevue will close Jan. 26.

“We want to extend a huge thanks to our hard working team members, loyal guests and community for all your support over the past 11 years,” said Steven A. Micheletti, president and chief executive officer of Z’Tejas. “We are sincerely looking forward to enjoying one last holiday season with our team and patrons.”

Z’Tejas first opened its doors in May 2001 in the third level of the Lodge at Bellevue Square.

The Bellevue restaurant is one of 11 nationwide, the only in the Northwest. Although Z’Tejas is closing its doors in Bellevue, the company will open a new location in Phoenix in March 2013.
