Kidder Mathews to market downtown Bellevue site

October 30, 2012 · 4:57 PM

Kidder Mathews, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, has been selected to exclusively market one of the last remaining prime development sites in Bellevue's Central Business District.

Located at 437 - 527 108th Ave. NE between One Bellevue Center and Key Center, the property consists of approximately 58,500 square feet of land area in four tax parcels and includes over 285 lineal feet of frontage on 108th Avenue Northeast.

The site has been privately owned for over 30 years. Kidder Mathews expects this property to appeal to developers of high-rise hotels or multi-family apartments or a class A office building developer.

The offering is represented by Kidder Mathews brokers Jason Rosauer, Andy Miller, and Dave Speers all senior vice presidents with the firm, and investment specialist Rob Anderson.

The Eastside is presently one of the hottest markets in the country with close to 2-million square feet of office and retail space either under construction or design review planned for completion by 2014.

There are almost 2,000 residential units under construction or in design review in the Bellevue CBD planned for completion by 2014. King county estimates the Bellevue CBD will increase in population to almost 20,000 by 2031.
