Seminar set on letters of credit

East West Bank will offer a free seminar on letters of credit and export financing options.

Speakers will include Tome Chang, senior vice president, East West Bank | regional director; Janet Wai, international banking officer, East West Bank; and Pru Balatero, U.S. Small Business Administration, regional manager.

The seminar will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at East West Bank – Bellevue Eastside branch, 2331 130th Ave. NE.

Light refreshments will be provided.
