The eviction stems from unpaid rent totalling $21,285, court documents filed in King County Superior Court show.
The proposed project includes residential and office space as well as retail, including a grocery store.
The full move is expected to be complete by the end of this year.
Rezone would let developers build residential, retail and service space on a 6.4-acre plot.
